The Minecraft review showed that the game has very simple visuals without difficult animations and effects. As it’s a 3D procedurally generated world, all objects are made from the blocks and do not have the rounded corners or detailed faces. But, what’s worth to say is that these design patterns were chosen on purpose: they are necessary to fully immerse players to the gameplay. The colors are saturated and bright.

Here you need always check your hunger and thirst bars, defend from enemies, and collect the resources for building. In the creative mode, you don't worry about all these things: just building. This regime is very good to develop creative skills. If you choose the spectator mode, all you will do is to watch how other gamers play. 

Minecraft has a single-player and a multiplayer regime. The second one is available through local split-screen, direct game-to-game multiplayer, LAN play, and servers. The music and sounds effects for the game were produced by German musician Daniel Rosenfeld (or C418). Mainly, the game uses instrumental ambient music.
